I’m certain that …
I’m certain that the writer, as well as Ouyang Xun, Wang Xizhi, Liu Gongquan, etc. did not have art in mind. Please see v=TAXCD6K4PYM for elaboration.

It’s a living art …
It’s a living art so nothing can be perfect. The perfection lies sometimes in the inperfection & vice versa. It’s just a momentary stroke, maybe next time it will be better. Every stroke learns us something new. Regards, Holland.

Yes,I think both of …
Yes,I think both of you are right. There are some strokes that do not look perfect. For example at 1:36, 2:27. 3:17 (horizontal stroke), 4:02, 5:13, 6:00, 7:14, 7:40, 7:48 and at 9:00. I could be wrong since I am not an expert, master or scholar of Chinese calligraphy. More expert opinion would be appreciated as to the understanding of where things went wrong with this calligraphy. Anyway, master Tian kaishu is really magnificent!

It is the brush.The …
It is the brush. The same problems come up when he is doing the same strokes no matter what the character. The ink is loose but the brush cannot handle it. especially on dots to the right and the end of the horizontal strokes. The brush cannot bring itself to a point on the end of the right asides. This happens with squirrel hair hair and thinner ink.
Take Care

It seems he is not happy with the last part. But anyway, masterful kaishu. Even the greatest calligraphers may have bad days with the brush.
