i speak fluent chinese (mandrin), but i still need to get a degree in order to have a better job since experiance only is not enough in my country,so ow can i get this degree on-line in chinese language or is there a way to have a test on-line?
If you speak fluent Chinese, go to a Chinese website. There are hundreds if not thousands of places in China willing to sell you a degree in anything for a price.

Daniel Chee Tsui (Chinese: ??; pinyin: Cu? Qí, born February 28, 1939, Henan Province, China) is a Chinese-born American physicist whose areas of research included electrical properties of thin films and microstructures of semiconductors and solid-state physics. In 1998, along with Horst L. Störmer of Columbia University and Robert Laughlin of Stanford, Daniel Tsui was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics for his contributions to the discovery of the fractional quantum Hall effect.
Daniel Tsui attended Pui Ching Middle School, Kowloon, Hong Kong. He moved to the United States in 1958 to attend Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He received his doctorate in physics from the University of Chicago in 1968 and immediately took a job at Bell Labs where he was a pioneer in in the study of two-dimensional electrons. His discovery of the fractional quantum Hall effect, the work for which he was awarded the Nobel prize, occurred shortly before he was appointed a professor of Electrical Engineering at Princeton in 1982.
